The "Goodie" Bucket List

I came across this list of the 100 sweets to eat in your lifetime on the awesome blog of Cakespy.
I was intrigued and figured this is right up my alley. I was actually surprised at how many I had eaten. Here is my list. If it's in bold, I've eaten it. If it's red, I still need to try it and if it's gray, I probably wouldn't ever try it due to it's ingredients containing something on my WoW taboo list. I ended up with 53 out of 100 and 3 I won't be partaking of. Not too bad! Of course I'll be reporting on any of these I try from now on. I do have a 101th suggestion, though. Everyone sometime must try a Berger Cookie. They can only be found in Baltimore, but can be mail ordered. They truly are heaven on earth.

3) Cross out any of them that you'd never ever eat.
4) Consider anything that is not bold or crossed out your "To Do" List.
5) Optional: Post a comment here linking to your results--or just post a comment letting us know how many you've tried, or what you're going to try next!

I went through this list the other day and was surprised how many I had eaten too. I didn't actually post the list though. . . .

Alton Brown has a good recipe for Blueberry Buckle. You can find it on foodnetwork's site. It's mostly just a coffee cake type thing. How can you go wrong, really. And I remember it having so many blueberries that there were almost too many. Almost.

This is cool. -I'm the queen of sweet, so I'm totally posting this on my blog. Some of these I've never heard of which I think is a terrible shame!

I returned my pizzelle maker, but I do have a waffle cone maker - if you'd like, I can make some for you that won't have the cute embossing, but instead the waffle image. At least you could than say that you've had them and BOLD it on your list!!!

Amy--I think I'm going to try either a betty or a slump this weekend, I'll be sure to report back!

Sara-- I guess we'll just have to start crossing some of these off together!

Patricia-Thanks so much

Debbie--post it and we'll start trying them out

yOhmama-- you're on, I don't need a fancy shmancy design.

Joanna-- I figured you had probably had Kulfi and of course I thought about you when I read Tres Leches Cake! I guess I'm just going to have to come for a visit...

As I know you are also a fan of Disney, you can buy Beignet's at the jazz kitchen's "to go" entrance at Downtown Disney. I don't know what they "should" taste like, but I like these. You can then cross them off your list. :) Rachel
